Vroom, Vroom!

Josiah was a very happy little boy last night. Daddy just put together his new blue race car bed! We finally moved Josiah out of our little white crib (and moved Joanna into it) so he had been sleeping on a cot for the past several days while we looked for his new bed.



We found this one on Craigslist. We showed the pictures on the computer to Josiah, and he was so excited about it!


We actually picked it up on Saturday, but didn't go buy a mattress for it until Sunday. It sat in pieces on the foyer floor. Saturday night after Jeremy and I went to bed, we were awakened by Josiah joining us--we asked him what he needed, and all he would say over and over again was "Car, car!" I was so sad that he couldn't sleep in it that first night!



I think he likes it, don't you?



Now we just have to rearrange the room a bit and figure out the best way to make everything fit nicely. Right now the bed is in front of the radiator, which won't work once the radiators need to be on again! Oh, well...I enjoy a good challenge! :)
